I’m Sasha, i’m so honored and happy you are here . . .
i’m a certified yoga instructor, mom, advocate, and nervous system healing practitioner! Yoga isn't about feeling good every moment of our day, It's about feeling what's true. Sometimes that truth is joy, sometimes it is anxiety, elation, frustration, or grief, and sometimes it is the silence in between. The practice is learning not to turn away. I'm the pathway to healing the mind, nourishing the body, and renewing the soul. My classes have 3 primary focuses: Trauma healing, somatic therapeutic techniques, and nature therapy. As someone who has walked through darkness, and found the light again, my passion is to create nurturing, safe spaces filled with compassion & healing energy, where we allow a release of everything heavy we are carrying, to find peace and freedom within our souls. We arrive on our mats to shed the layers that daily life can accumulate, to find the return back home to our true selves!
