  • Warm Somatic Vinyasa

    Join me, in a 90° studio, every Sunday at 10am for a warm, vinyasa flow! Classes are beautifully themed around nature, animals, earth elements, different cultures around the world, chakra healing, and so much more! This class is more active, with a dance party energy, fun music, yet healing at the same time! The focus of these classes is pranayama, quieting the mind, fluid, dance-like opening of the body, alignment, strength, and somatic tension release techniques to take with you into daily life to help build a greater capacity to live with stressors, triggers, trauma held in specific spaces in the body, to help regulate the nervous system into a more balanced state. I teach through a trauma healing lens, always inclusive, respectful, nurturing, and always for your healing journey.

  • Gentle Somatic Flow

    Come practice with me every Friday at 11:30 am for a delicious, non-heated slow flow, to beautiful instrumental only music, and movement thru a trauma-healing lens. This class is designed to promote stillness in the mind, presence in the body, relieve stress & tension through gentle movement + somatic healing techniques. It is here where we give ourselves permission to slow down in the midst of our busy lives! This class is perfect for those yearning for a slower pace, those holding stress and repeated armoring from trauma in specific spaces in the body. Those spaces are yearning for loving attention. Experience just how powerful the breath, stillness, presence, movement, and nervous system regulation can be! Healing awaits for your mind+ body+ soul!

  • Yin Yoga

    Join me for delicious, non-heated yin yoga, holding poses for longer periods, designed to open the fascia, or connective tissue, relieve tightness, promoting muscle lengthening, joint healing, and pain relief throughout the body. We will find stillness & presence in the body, thru a trauma-healing lens, somatic tension release, and permission to slow down during our busy week! Experience just how powerful the breath, stillness, and nervous system regulation can be! Healing awaits for your mind+ body+ soul!

  • Hot Wall Yoga

    Join we me for an awakening hot wall yoga flow, where we find shapes against the wall, our biggest prop, to help find alignment, support & strength. This class is slower, as we find our shapes against the wall to help us with our proprioception, our body awareness in space. The asanas we create here, help us in our vinyasa classes. Our mind will quiet as we heighten our awareness within our body, as it finds connection with our wall space. Blocks, straps will accompany us as we move, giving us beautiful support, and a grounded, supported experience.
