wellness Retreats

A big, beautiful exhale .

Join me on our next retreat, where i’ve been invited as a guest instructor and somatic healing facilitator, what an honor! A big, beautiful exhale, a pause from our busy, fast paced lives.

during our time together, at this beautiful location, together in sacred sisterhood, we will slow down, and shift from our busy minds into the present moment, into the body. we will reconnect with the natural world , to one another through laughter, community, heartfelt conversation, and practice yoga together. We will regulate our overworked nervous systems through pranayama or breath work, intentional movement to open the body and relieve tension & pain, and discover somatic therapeutic healing techniques to relieve trauma patterns chronically held in the body. we will return to ourselves, to find lightness, balance, and freedom—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional moments

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. Led by certified, experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

always surrounded by nature, our events prioritize comfort, earthly connection, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of our healing. where two or more hearts connect, our nervous systems begin to choose softness over survival, and our souls begin to heal.

“There are some people who just carry a presence... and Sasha is one of them . . .”

“Sasha brings a deeply integrative approach to healing-blending yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, nature, and nervous system support in a way that feels both grounding and empowering. But what makes her work especially meaningful...is that it's rooted in lived experience. As a mother, caregiver, and someone who has walked through profound loss and challenge, Sasha understands what it means to hold both strength and tenderness at the same time. Her spaces are not about "fixing"-they are about gently helping you return home to yourself through presence, movement , stillness, emotional release + nervous system regulation, safety, and connection. And that is the kind of support you'll feel inside our retreats. Spaces where you don't have to explain your story...you're simply met in it.” ~VA
