Weekly outdoor yoga every Saturday morning at Soulstride Sanctuary! Yoga with the healing energy of horses! Come breathe, move with intention, heal with somatic techniques, and delight in stillness. Feel the warm sunshine, hear the joy of birdsong, move into nervous system regulation with our horse whisperers, and surround yourself with nurturing sisterhood. At Soulstride Sanctuary, draft horses are healing from trauma, forming bonds in the herd, and communicating with women to help in our healing journeys. Immerse into a gentle 90 minute somatic yoga class to shed the layers of daily life, move from our busy minds into the body, and release repeated stress & tension holding patterns in the body. We will embody presence, grounding energy, freedom and balance. Our experience will be guided by a beautiful, nourishing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong, and soothing instruments to lull you into a field of peace..

Wellness Retreats Special Collaborations

Join me on our next wellness retreat, where I am invited as a guest instructor, and/or a guest speaker! Together we will heal in community, inclusion, safety, and nourish our mind and bodies through stillness, intentional, fluid movement, pranayama, sensory scans, meditations, somatic tension release techniques specific to the areas of our body where we routinely armor, brace, and chronically hold stress, tension, and trauma patterns. We will find healing together, and find our haven through mind-body-soul connection.

Nervous System + Somatic healing workshop
this beautiful workshop dives into the complete nervous system anatomy and energy systems where you’ll discover how your body uniquely responds to stress + triggers, and where you hold trauma in your body. you'll learn somatic techniques to help reduce how frequently your body revisits past trauma patterns held in the body. You will learn how to facilitate tension release, pendulate between nervous system states, soften body armoring + bracing, and find balance, freedom and healing through breathwork, intentional movement, somatic therapy, stillness, and sound healing.

Sylvotherapy
What is Sylvotherapy? Rooted in Japan, this healing practice encourages communities to become reconnected with nature, to absorb its healing benefits for our physical and mental well-being. "Shinrin Yoku" or Forest Bathing was gaining recognition as a way to honor and protect the forest against destruction, and as a method to destress and "recharge ones batteries." Yoshifumi Miyazaki researched exactly how plants and trees can improve human health, and developed Sylvotherapy as a structured, guided, therapeutic path to heal our bodies and minds.

There is actually scientific and spiritual benefits from stroking a trunk's bark, feeling the texture of various leaves & branches, and from using our senses to absorb our environment. Do you long for more peaceful days, yearning for a deeper connection to nature, away from our overemphasized technology-based society? Do you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, away from pollutants both in what we breathe and consume? Yeah, me too, I hear you! That's why I wanted to become a certified Sylvotherapist, and guide others toward forest healing!

1:1 Private Sessions
PRIVATE SESSIONS SPECIFICALLY TAILORED JUST FOR YOU! NOT A FAN OF CROWDS OR GROUP YOGA CLASSES, THEN THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU! WE WILL MEET AT FLOURISH YOGA & WELLBEING STUDIO FOR OUR CLASS OR SESSION.
We can flow through a traditional 60 minute yoga class, active warm flow in 90 degree studio, or a gentle non-heated flow, or yin non-heated yoga. We will open up the tight spaces you are currently feeling to find release, ease, and freedom from tension, tightness, or pain.
Alternately, we can meet for a 30 minute (or longer if needed) Somatic Healing Session. My current studio classes only offer a 10 minute mini somatic session, and is a handful of techniques designed to help you explore what may resonate with you.
