We can flow through a traditional 60 minute yoga class, active warm flow in 90 degree studio, gentle non-heated flow, or yin non-heated yoga. We will open up the tight spaces you are currently feeling to find release, ease, and freedom from tension, tightness, or pain.
Alternately, we can meet for a 30 minute Somatic Healing Session, beginning with pranayama, light movement, and moving through various techniques specific to your common stress responses in your body. Together, we can create the most beneficial healing hour for you!
